I prefer building websites with WordPress. They recommend 3 hosts so far & I’ve tried all 3. SiteGround’s the one I’ve stuck with & come back to. They have plans for WordPress or WordPress + WooCommerce. They have their own help files for both. They have live chat & they’re very helpful. And since I have an account there we can add me as a collaborator on your site so I can help you out if you need it without having to login to your account.
